  • Cooking Segment on The Place… Acai Bowl!


    Hi Friends,

    I am spending the week up in Utah and did a segment on the new show The Place on Fox 13. What a fun time it was! I demonstrated how to make Acai Bowls…. just like my favorite one I had in Hawaii…. so dang good! And my friend Mosi from the restaurant Oteo in Lindon showed us how to make an amazing watermelon salad. Here’s the links for the segments:

  • KUSI Good Morning San Diego Guest Spot



    This morning I had the pleasure of doing a cooking segment on Good Morning San Diego. We are in the heat of the holiday season, so I shared a couple of appetizers that are not only delicious, but easy to whip up as well. My Lentil Dip and my Caramelized Pear Crostini. Yum!
