     This is what this class was based on. Greens… wonderful greens and turning them into superstars!

    First of all, can I tell you how much I love these gatherings? I hope you all are loving them as much as me!

    Here is the first salad we learned and feasted on. My Quinoa and Veggies salad …. this is one flavor and nutrient packed meal! So good I tell you.

    My Greens and Apples salad with a passion fruit vinaigrette. Simple and simply out of this world delicious!

    Taking a break to show you another night’s class. I get to meet with such awesome people! I love making new friends! See the four gals on the right side, one of them holding a baby? These are the beautiful and sweet Bunker/ Profancik/ Woffinden girls (sisters and sister in laws) that got together for a fun night and chose my cooking class for their night out…. lucky me!

    There was a lot of happy anticipation waiting to learn how to make this salad as this was my taster from my last class series. My Tropical salad with a Mango Yogurt Dressing. This one is so perfect for summer with all the yummy, fruity flavors! I have good news for you all… check back in a couple days as I will be sharing this recipe on my site. I know you will all fall in love with this one!

    There was a lot of eating going on. The best part!

    We headed South of the border with the mix of amazing flavors in this salad with my avocado dressing. Perfect on it’s own or with any meat or seafood. So versatile…. you got to love that!

    Here it is…. Jenny’s Ultimate Brownie. Oh my this is truly the perfect brownie and the perfect way to end the night and feast! I feel confident everyone left very satisfied and full!

  • Breads and Jams Class Recap

    Here are the homemade english muffins halfway through their baking process.

    You have not an english muffin until you have tried one of these babies! Those packaged ones are not the real deal. Just ask anyone in my class.

    These jams were not shown up by their baked friends. They inspired all in class by their ease in making and taste. Mango passion fruit and pineapple lemongrass jam… new flavors that everyone fell in love with. Yum!

    Warning…. boasting ahead. “You cannot find a better tasting roll than these!” Rolls in all their buttery perfection and glory. These beauties make eyes roll with ridiculous satisfaction! You cannot eat just one… trust me.

Everyone learned how to make fresh pasta, a couple new pasta sauces, the warm goat cheese salad, focaccia rolls with a tomato tapenade and a peanut butter semi freddo with a chocolate ganache to make and wow their friends and family!

  • Stuffed Flank Steak Class – Recap

    I am so excited to have my site up! Here is a recap of my class this week for those of you that were here and for those that missed it. Check out my recipes as I will add a new one from each class. I know….exciting!

    Here is the delicious stuffed flank steak sitting on a marinara sauce I taught. Yes they are as good as they look…. probably better!

    For those of you that have attended my classes, you know how good my salads are. Well I have to tell you this salad is no exception! This will become one of your favorites…. I just know it.

    This dish may not be very photogenic, but it is absolutely AMAZING! Sauteed and seasoned mushrooms atop a bed of potato match sticks, finished off with fried eggs and a parsley chimichurri. One of my favorite dishes!

    These babies are some of the best rolls you have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They are filled with a melt-y cheesy goodness and takes a good roll to another level of amazing-ness. They were a crowd pleaser for sure!
