Hello Friends!
Below is the story of the Morrison family and this story led me to do something!
Kadee is married to a crazy and fun man and is a mom to three little boys.  She love all things beautiful – art, crafts, makeup, photography, and food.  She also loves a good conspiracy or science fiction. She lives in San Diego, CA, which is her absolute favorite place in the whole world.  2 years ago her family’s world was rocked when her second son, Graham, was diagnosed with Leukemia. After 2 years of battling he is responding well, but still has many chemo treatments and years of recovery ahead of him. This November, Kadee’s youngest son, Ian – age 3, was diagnosed also with Leukemia. They’re family is doing their best to stand strong, but it’s a very difficult trial for them in so many ways that are unimaginable.  They are so grateful for all the love and support they have been given as they work through this time in their lives.
As you can imagine, their medical bills are enormous and that is the last thing they need to worry about. I invited some amazing people to teach a special cooking class with me and every red cent will go to help this family. Me (@jennyevansgatherings), Kristin Andrus (@kristinandrus), Si Foster (@abountifulkitchen), Des Fowler and possibly Kadee Morrison herself (@ohsodelicioso),and Mosi Oteo (owner and chef at @oteorestaurants and @manhattanutah to name a couple restaurants he runs) will be teaching an epic class teaching some of our favorite dishes! Three of them are flying in to teach this class…. you don’t want to miss out on this night to remember!
This amazing class will be held on February 21st at 5:30 PM.
Here is where you come in. We are going to put all 28 spots for this special class up for auction with each spot’s starting bid at 100.00. The top 28 bids will get a seat! You will not only learn how to make and feast on our favorite dishes… each attendee will also be receiving SWAG bags full of amazing products (Korean skin care by @soonskincare, custom sugar cookies by @cookiecurator, handmade jewelry by @nomadartisanco, gourmet salt by @redmondrealsalt, handmade pompoms by @nenaandco and artisan chocolate bars from @frescochocolate to name a few)! You can email me at jennyleeevans@gmail.com and give me your name and bidding price. I will close out the bid on Tuesday, February 12th and contact the winning bids. Please don’t venmo me until you hear back that you received a spot with your winning bid.
