2- 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
2 Tbsp. tahini paste
4 large garlic cloves
½ bunch cilantro
1 large jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
½ of a large red bell pepper, seeded
¼ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
¼ c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. salt
ground pepper to taste
1/3 c. olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a food processor except the olive oil and process until combined. Slowly pour in the olive oil and process until smooth. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
If using a blender, place all the ingredients including the oil and blend until smooth.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
