Hello Friends,
It’s about time…. I haven’t taught a breakfast menu class in years! Ive got a great mix of dishes for you… healthy and decadent! And one of the dishes involves one of the best loaves of bread I have ever made… like I am talking even better than my sandwich bread if you can believe that! Yup… you get to learn how to make another epic loaf of bread that I am sure you will make over and over and over again… forever and ever and ever! That good I tell you!
These dishes will be the perfect start to anyone’s day… and we all need some of that! Or of you’re like me… breakfast for dinner (my favorite time to eat breakfast!) will be the perfect ending to any day! It’s all good… tasty and good for you.
Here’s what’s on the menu: Grilled Potato Bread with a Mixed Berry Compote (I would eat this over any french bread on the planet!), Green Protein Bowl (Better than any acai bowl… you have seen me post about these on my instagram stories over and over if you follow me there because I eat it on the regular!), Baked Oatmeal (a family favorite for years!), Baked Apple Crumble Yogurt Bowls (almost like having dessert for breakfast!) and the yummiest Quinoa Breakfast Bowl (I had one similar in Dubai and had to come home to recreate it… but much much better!).
I was having a hard time finding a day in May I could teach a class and the only day I can is on Wednesday, May 3rd at 5:30. Switching it up this time people! It’s right around the corner and I only have a limited amount of spots available so please email me ASAP if you’d like a spot!
My limit for each class is 22 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $70.00 per person.(If paying by credit card, there will be and added 3.00 service fee.) Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (31801 Via Perdiz, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, Checks made payable to Jenny Evans). I also got Venmo! You can pay me at @Jenny-Evans-9. My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you send me a check to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund.
I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is 1,314.00 and can accommodate up to 18 people.
 .
Anyone is invited to attend, so please feel free to forward this on to your friends, neighbors and family. I hope you can join me for another gathering of delicious food and a fun night!
Happy Cooking!

Hello Friends,
If you’re like me, Mexican food is an all time favorite! Dishes bursting with flavor… oh so satisfying! I’ve lost track of how many Mexican themed classes I’ve taught… so many amazing dishes to share. And man… have I got another amazing Mexican feast that’s sure to be a favorite with you all…. you’re sure to wow your guests!
Not only are these dishes beyond delicious… but they are so beautiful to behold! Food should taste as amazing as they look…. and these are a feast for the eyes.
Due to our kid’s busy sports schedules and some traveling, I am not holding a class in March. The first class sold out immediately with my class sign ups… but no need to fret… I am offering an additional day (as long as the class fills).
Here’s what’s on the next menu: Stuffed Poblano Chiles (loaded with veggies, chicken and cheesy goodness!), Chorizo Queso Fundido Tacos (addicting!), Grilled Mexican Caesar Salad (you won’t believe the flavors this salad brings!), Skillet Honey Cornbread with a Jalapeño Honey Butter (Cornbread PERFECTION!) and Key Lime Pie with a Pecan Crust (can’t think of a more perfect finish for this meal).
I will be holding this class on Thursday, April 20th at 5:30 (Sold out but you can add your name to a waitlist) and Friday, April 21st at 5:30 (new class I am adding). Limited spots are available.
My limit for each class is 22 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! Must Have Dessert Class

Hello Friends,
I interrupt the many posts of diets and plans of clean and healthy eating for this “so worth it” “must have and know” desserts class notification. Sometimes there are desserts that are so good, that you simply must have them in your go to recipe files. These my friend… are just that! With Valentines Day just around the corner… you will be thrilled to make these for your loved ones…. and they will be over the top thrilled to have you make them!  And for any other day of the year. Basic in theory…. extraordinary in taste!
Have any of you had a housemade churro? Life changing I tell you! That statement coming from someone that doesn’t even like churros… that is… until I had one that was hot and freshly made. Obsessed! And you will be too.. I guarantee that after one bite.
And Nutella filled churros are taking them to another heavenly level!
A good.. scratch that.. an amazing brownie… you know… a rich chocolate moist center with that perfect crinkly top is just a must sometimes! This brownie is what a perfect brownie is. You know… the kind that dreams are made of! You can kiss those chemical tasting, processed mixes goodbye, because these are also a snap to make. What more can you ask for? I can seriously dust off half of the pan in one sitting… yup.. that good!
My Salted Caramel Bars are so good you will just flip! Your friends and family will be requesting these on the regular. A perfect shortbread bottom with the most delicious salted caramel top… the most satisfying, chewy , crave worthy dessert perfection!
Lastly, my Individual Chocolate Flourless Cakes are my current obsession. Just the right amount of chocolate… the perfect texture and level of sweetness. Pretty much the perfect ending to any meal and you will want to serve this chocolate-ty goodness for your Valentine’s dinner. We’ve all heard the term, “The way to a man’s (or women’s) heart is through their stomach”… this will win over anyone’s heart… I promise!
Everyone.. and I mean everyone needs to have these recipes.. so I am sharing them with you in my next class. I was going to teach a homemade churros class a while back, but lucky you.. now I am teaching not only homemade churros but two more of my absolute favorite treats! Your Valentines Day treats are a home run this year!
Homemade Churros…. you will learn how to make them plain.. coated in sugar and cinnamon as well as Nutella filled churros. The best dang brownies to ever meet your mouth, the must have Salted Caramel Bars, and the yummiest Individual Chocolate Flourless Cakes. Is you mouth watering yet?
This class will be held on Thursday, February 9th at 5:30 pm.
My limit for each class is 18 people.
Anyone is invited to attend, so please feel free to forward this on to your friends, neighbors and family. I hope you can join me for another gathering of delicious food and a fun night!

Hello Friends,

It is officially Fall and the holidays are coming! Oh how I love the oncoming holidays…. family, food, festivities and more amazing food! If you are one that is still trying to figure out the best, tastiest, tender turkey with a beautiful crispy and perfectly browned skin…. look no further. I perfected the art of the perfect roasted turkey. And lucky you… I am reteaching this very popular class…. last time I taught this class was three years ago! My perfect, tender and flavorful turkey has converted turkey haters into “I think I will help myself to my fourth serving” lovers! And no… you will not be stuffing this turkey in a plastic bag to roast… plastic and roasting just doesn’t jive with me. This is one turkey you will be proud to serve to any gathering and one that is sure to have others praising your “amazing turkey making” name! Of course I will also teach you the perfect fixings too. A turkey is not perfect without it’s “must have” accompaniments. This year will be a Thanksgiving feast to remember!

Do you struggle with your gravy making skills? How about making mashed potatoes that are beyond amazing? I’ve got you covered! And the pumpkin pie? Have I got the best one EVER for you! (This pumpkin pie was the taster in my class and everyone fell over the top in love with it, just like I suspected!) Seriously, you are going to love this menu! I will teach you how to make the ordinary Thanksgiving feast extraordinary! Look no further for the perfect recipes and techniques…. this is it people. Really…. this is it.

Our perfect Thanksgiving feast will include: The Perfect Roasted Turkey, The Best Ever Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Parker House Rolls, Pumpkin Pie Hawaiian Style (topped with a coconut custard) and the most amazing Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms.

The dates for this class are Thursday & Friday, November 17th & 18th at 5:30.

Anyone is invited to attend, so please feel free to forward this on to your friends, neighbors and family. I hope you can join me for another gathering of delicious food and a fun night!
