The season of gatherings, the best feasts and parties are upon us. Makes me giddy! I know many of you don’t feel the same way as I do. Not sure of what to cook… how to feed a crowd… not confident in your cooking skills… etc. This next class will solve all those issues… the best dishes for everyday or a feast for a crowd. We all need these in our life!
As you know… last month I spent some time in Italy at a culinary school in Tuscany (Saporita Toscana… amazing experience!), Florence and Rome and boy did I feast on amazing food! I couldn’t wait to get back to my kitchen to recreate or work on my some of the dishes I learned with my own twist. One of the amazing dishes we learned at the cooking school was Porchetta… an Italian classic dish served for the holidays. And just like our Thanksgiving turkey.. the leftovers make the best sandwiches… and I mean THE BEST! Next … let’s talk about the potatoes… Italians know how to make the best potatoes ever! So flavorful with a huge wow factor… and these ones are the perfect accompaniment to porchetta. Now… can we talk about Foccacia di Recco? This is nothing like foccacia bread that we are all familiar with… this is something from bread heaven. Very thin dough, sandwiching the creamiest blend of cheese, and baked until perfection! Trust me… you all will flip over this one! And lastly.. I am finally teaching the absolutely best lemon cake ever. And I say that with all the confidence in the world! I cannot wait to teach you all this goodness and just in time for feasting season!

I first demonstrate how to make the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus feasting… no small samples here. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $80.00 per person. Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (email me for my address – firstname.lastname@example.org). Or even better… pay with Venmo (@jenny-evans-9). My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you pay to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund or class credit. IF YOU FIND YOU CANNOT COME AFTER THE NON REFUNDABLE TIME, YOUARE WELCOME TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR SPOT.
I get a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is $1,494.00 for a class with a minimum of 18 people. I can accommodate more people for a an extra cost per person.
