Jenny’s Signature Salad

This salad is a huge favorite and pairs well with any meal!
Ingredients
Salad:
3 hearts of Romaine lettuce- chopped, 5 oz. bag of mixed greens, a mix of both or any lettuce of your liking
Crumbled Feta cheese, desired amount
Dried cranberries, desired amount
Candied nuts, desired amount
Dressing:
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/8- ¼ of a small red onion
1 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
Instructions
Poppy Seed Salad Dressing:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator.
Assembly:
Toss lettuce with desired amount of dressing. Add the cheese, nuts and cried cranberries and toss again. Garnish with some feta cheese crumbles.
