This my friends may be one of the best crostinis ever! My smashed avocado crostini…. simply divine.
Farro with crispy brussels sprouts… one of my faves, warm or cold
Pesto stuffed salmon with roasted tomatoes. Everyone fell in love with this dish.
And an amazing finish… chocolate macadamia tart with coconut ice cream (not pictured…sorry). This is seriously as good or better than it looks!
