Hello Friends,
An additional class has been added on Friday, November 3rd at 5:30 pm.
Back by popular demand! And I am teaching this only one night. 
It is officially Fall and the holidays are coming! Oh how I love the oncoming holidays…. family, food, festivities and more amazing food! If you are one that is still trying to figure out the best, tastiest, tender turkey with a beautiful crispy and perfectly browned skin…. look no further. I perfected the art of the perfect roasted turkey. And lucky you… I am reteaching this very popular class.My perfect, tender and flavorful turkey has converted turkey haters into “I think I will help myself to my fourth serving” lovers! And no… you will not be stuffing this turkey in a plastic bag to roast… plastic and roasting just doesn’t jive with me. This is one turkey you will be proud to serve at any gathering and one that is sure to have others praising your “amazing turkey making” skills! Of course I will also teach you the perfect fixings too. A turkey is not perfect without it’s “must have” accompaniments. This year will be a Thanksgiving feast to remember!
Do you struggle with your gravy making skills? How about making mashed potatoes that are beyond amazing? I’ve got you covered! How about the perfect dessert? Have I got the best one EVER for you! Seriously, you are going to love this menu! I will teach you how to make the ordinary Thanksgiving feast extraordinary! Look no further for the perfect recipes and techniques…. this is it people. Really…. this is it.
Our perfect Thanksgiving feast will include: The Perfect Roasted Turkey, The Best Ever Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Parker House Rolls, my Caramel Apple Tart and the most amazing Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms.
The dates for this class are Thursday & Friday, November 2nd & 3rd at 5:30.
My limit for each class is 24 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $80.00 per person. Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (31801 Via Perdiz, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, Checks made payable to Jenny Evans). My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you pay to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund.
I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is 1,494.00 and can accommodate up to 18 people.
