Here it is… one of my most popular classes… Grilled Pizzas 2017! But this one is different from my other grilled pizza classes because the pizza crust this year is the best ever! I’ve been working for months on perfecting the best pizza crust and have struck gold! Thin with the perfect chew… yum! And the pizza flavors are probably my favorite ever. I am talking mind blowing good! There are layers of the most amazing flavors in each pizza… so unique that I know you haven’t had a pizza like them before. Pizza is one of my all time favorite food… so this is serious business to me! If you are a pizza lover like me… you do not want to miss this class. Trust me!
Here is what ‘s on the menu for this epic class: The best Sourdough Pizza Dough, North Shore Pizza (I cannot simply call this pizza “Hawaiian” because it is so much more than that!), Bee Sting Pizza (finished with a slightly spicy honey that we will make in class… so amazing!), Potato and Egg Pizza (if I had to pick just one… this one is a personal favorite… incredible flavors I tell you!) and for the most amazing finish Hula Pie (I know… I know… it’s not Italian… but its so dang good!).
The sourdough pizza dough is made with a mother sourdough starter that I bought in Italy that is 36 years old! I will be selling the starter to those that are interested for $15.00 (the price for those attending the class). The starter is $20.00 for those interested in purchasing the starter without attending the class. If you prefer not to buy the starter, I will provide instructions to make your own starter (just be aware that it is an 18 day commitment to start it). The starter I will be selling is amazing by the way! I will need to know how many people will want to purchase this starter before class, so please let me know you’d like to purchase it when you email me and pay for the class (total for the class with the starter will be 95.00).
I will be teaching this class on Thursday, October 19th and Friday the 20th at 5:30. Contact me ASAP if you’d like a spot!
My limit for each class is 24 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $80.00 (Please note the price change) per person.(If paying by credit card, there will be and added 3.00 service fee.) Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you send me a check to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund.
I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is $1,494.00 for 18 people.
