Happy New Year! 2017 is off to a great start and every dish in my first class of the year is seriously the bomb! I’ve been making them on repeat for months.. they are that good. I’m so excited to finally share them with you all so you too can make them all the time… which I know you too will do…. you just can’t get enough! An amazing chicken dish… roasted carrots that will become your favorite side dish ever… another to die for salad… potatoes that will stand out amongst other potato dishes and the perfect chocolate dessert. What’s not to love?
Here’s whats specifically on my next menu: Miso Glazed Chicken with a Pomegranate Garnish, Slightly Crispy Herbed Hasselback Potatoes, Roasted Carrots with a Yogurt Sauce, Kale Salad with a Maple Dijon Vinaigrette (not pictured) and Chocolate Pot de Creme for the perfect finish.
I will be holding this class on Thursday, January 26th at 5:30. Limited spots are available.
My limit for each class is 18 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $70.00 per person. Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you send me a check to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund.
I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is 1,314.00 and can accommodate up to 18 people.
