Hello Friends,
I’ve done it again… another amazing roast chicken that is amazing and unlike any other chicken dish I have taught before. I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love a chicken dish that is so good that I want to eat it every day! We all have eaten bland, unexciting chicken time and time again… no more people! In fact, this whole menu takes the boring out of chicken, carrots, brussels sprouts, soup and cake! I’ve got some new and delicious takes on them… because food is to be enjoyed… literally every bite… not just eaten to check off the hunger box. Are you with me?!
The side dishes in my next menu are so good, they compete with the star of the show… the roast chicken! I also can’t stop making them and my family is not complaining… not one bit. I am so excited to share these out of this world delicious recipes with you!
Here’s what’s on my next menu: Butter and Herbs Roast Chicken, Carrots with Goat Cheese and Gremolata (think… Italian chimichurri), Cream of Mushroom Soup (this one is so good, it will make any hater of this soup an absolute lover!), Brussels Sprouts with Farro (one of my all time favorite grains) and for the delicious finish… a moist Orange Olive Oil Cake with an Orange Glaze.
I will not be teaching a class in April, so this is the last one until May. I will be teaching this fabulous meal on Thursday, March 31st at 5:30 pm. Classes sell out quickly so email me ASAP if you want a spot. I do require payment to hold your spot.
I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. I require 18 people for a private class.
Anyone is invited to attend, so please feel free to forward this on to your friends, neighbors and family. I hope you can join me for another gathering of delicious food and a fun night!
