Thanksgiving Feast

It is officially Fall and the holidays are coming! Oh how I love the oncoming holidays…. family, food, festivities and more amazing food! If you are one that is still trying to figure out the best, tastiest, tender turkey with a beautiful crispy and perfectly browned skin…. look no further. I perfected the art of the perfect roasted turkey. And lucky you… I am reteaching this very popular class…. last time I taught this class was three years ago! My perfect, tender and flavorful turkey has converted turkey haters into “I think I will help myself to my fourth serving” lovers! And no… you will not be stuffing this turkey in a plastic bag to roast… plastic and roasting just doesn’t jive with me. This is one turkey you will be proud to serve to any gathering and one that is sure to have others praising your “amazing turkey making” name! Of course I will also teach you the perfect fixings too. A turkey is not perfect without it’s “must have” accompaniments. This year will be a Thanksgiving feast to remember!
