Hello Friends,
The time has come… my popular, annual SALADS CLASS! Spring is the best time of the year for learning how to make new amazing salads… because you can never have enough amazing salad recipes. Am I right or am I right?! Not only am I teaching you new salad recipes but I am also teaching the most amazing appetizer and an epic dessert and I mean EPIC! The first day has already sold out.. before I was able to post about it and the second day is filling quickly. I’m not kidding you when I say this class is crowd fave!
I know that the photo of the grain bowl isn’t great… but trust me when I tell you that it is beyond amazing! There is a certain place that sells an amazing grain bowl with a sauce that’s over the top amazing (a family favorite spot and bowl!). It has seriously taken me over 1 1/2 years to get this sauce down. For those of you that know… you know! Same with these cookies.. so much thought, research and experimenting to get it to perfection. I cant’ wait to share all these with you!
Here’s the menu for my Salads Class 2019: The Ultimate Chicken Salad with a Buttermilk Chive Dressing (and the most delicious homemade cornbread croutons!), Asian Chopped Chicken Salad (because I love Asian Chopped Chicken Salads and had to come up with a new version), Grain bowl with the Epic Sauce, Whipped Burrata Cheese with a Blackberry Vinegar, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Crispy Kale served with Grilled Bread (TO DIE FOR GOOD!) and for the most amazing finish… my Cookie Dough Filled Chocolate Chip Cookies (I think these will be as popular and talked about as my Butter Cake!).
This class will be held on Thursday, April 25th (THIS DATE IS SOLD OUT but you can get on the waitlist in case there are any cancellations) and Friday April 26th at 5:30 pm. Please email me at jennyleeevans@gmail.com if you’d like a spot in this class. The class spots are limited and are going fast so don’t delay contacting me if you’d like a spot!
My limit for each class is 28 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $80.00 per person. Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (31801 Via Perdiz, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, Checks made payable to Jenny Evans). Or even better… pay with Venmo (@jenny-evans-9). My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you pay to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund or class credit. IF YOU FIND YOU CANNOT COME AFTER THE NON REFUNDABLE TIME, YOU ARE WELCOME TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR SPOT.
I get a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is $1,494.00 for a class with a minimum of 18 people. I can accommodate more people for a an extra cost per person.
.
Anyone is invited to attend, so please feel free to forward this on to your friends, neighbors and family. I hope you can join me for another gathering of delicious food and a fun night!
Happy Cooking!
