Hello Friends,
Holy moly…. have I got the most amazing dishes to teach you!! One of the things I love best about the North Shore in Hawaii is the amazing, yet whole and healthy food there! When amazing and healthy are in the same sentence… for me that means it tastes so delicious it doesn’t seem healthy… yet it is! I came home to work on these dishes right away and they all taste even better than the original ones I had over there. So crazy good!
I had the best fish tacos, unlike any other I’ve ever eaten… topped with an amazing aioli. There is a famous papaya dressing that is used for dressing sandwiches over there that I recreated and used to glaze shish kabobs, dress burgers and use as a salad dressing. So good on anything… you’ll treasure it! There is a well known food truck popular amongst the locals that makes a fabulous coconut curry quinoa… so you know I had to come home to not only recreate it…but make it 100 x better! And last but not least… my daily addiction was a frozen peanut butter banana bowl that beats any ice cream… and completely guilt free! Seriously… I think this may be my favorite class ever… these dishes are that good! I’ve been making and eating all these dishes on repeat since I’ve come home. Can’t stop… won’t stop!
Here’s the menu for this epic.. epic class: Street North Shore Fish Tacos with Stir Fry Veggies and a Peruvian Aioli, Papaya Dressing.. taught with Chicken Shish Kabobs and a Pupukea Salad, Coconut Curry Quinoa, and the dessert I am obsessed with… Pipeline Banana Bowl.

My limit for each class is 28 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $80.00 per person. Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (31801 Via Perdiz, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, Checks made payable to Jenny Evans). Or even better… pay with Venmo (@jenny-evans-9). My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you pay to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund or class credit. IF YOU FIND YOU CANNOT COME AFTER THE NON REFUNDABLE TIME, YOU ARE WELCOME TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR SPOT.
I get a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is $1,494.00 for a class with a minimum of 18 people. I can accommodate more people for a an extra cost per person.
