Hello Friends,
It’s about time…. I haven’t taught a breakfast menu class in years! Ive got a great mix of dishes for you… healthy and decadent! And one of the dishes involves one of the best loaves of bread I have ever made… like I am talking even better than my sandwich bread if you can believe that! Yup… you get to learn how to make another epic loaf of bread that I am sure you will make over and over and over again… forever and ever and ever! That good I tell you!
These dishes will be the perfect start to anyone’s day… and we all need some of that! Or of you’re like me… breakfast for dinner (my favorite time to eat breakfast!) will be the perfect ending to any day! It’s all good… tasty and good for you.
Here’s what’s on the menu: Grilled Potato Bread with a Mixed Berry Compote (I would eat this over any french bread on the planet!), Green Protein Bowl (Better than any acai bowl… you have seen me post about these on my instagram stories over and over if you follow me there because I eat it on the regular!), Baked Oatmeal (a family favorite for years!), Baked Apple Crumble Yogurt Bowls (almost like having dessert for breakfast!) and the yummiest Quinoa Breakfast Bowl (I had one similar in Dubai and had to come home to recreate it… but much much better!).
I was having a hard time finding a day in May I could teach a class and the only day I can is on Wednesday, May 3rd at 5:30. Switching it up this time people! It’s right around the corner and I only have a limited amount of spots available so please email me ASAP if you’d like a spot!
My limit for each class is 22 people. I first demonstrate how to make all the dishes and then we feast! Yes, this is a cooking class plus dinner. You got to love that! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $70.00 per person.(If paying by credit card, there will be and added 3.00 service fee.) Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively put your name on the reservation list. When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (31801 Via Perdiz, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, Checks made payable to Jenny Evans). I also got Venmo! My classes are filling up really fast so please let me know if you are interested before you send me a check to make sure there is an open spot. For cancellations, I require a “2 weeks notice before the class” notice for a refund.
I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, company parties or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. The cost for a private class is 1,314.00 and can accommodate up to 18 people.
