Hello Friends,

Here it is…. probably my most popular class! Another Jenny’s Salads class PLUS an amazing dessert to balance it all out ūüėČ May came upon me so fast so I apologize for the late notice! But no worries….. I am offering two different weeks to accommodate everyone.

¬†You know how amazing my salads are and come on…. a great salad is probably one of the best meals. I’ve come up with three different salads that you will love (sorry that only two of them are pictured above)! These will get you out of your salad rut and be the perfect meal or side in the coming warm months. As a bonus, I am teaching another amazing bread. I have been saving this one for the perfect pairing and this is it! Seriously… you are going to fall in love. And the dessert? Well… it doesn’t need any words. Doesn’t the picture just tell all? For those of you that follow me on Instagram, you know how long I have been working on this sweet, dreamy dessert. It is ready to make it’s debut in this much looked forward to class!

On the menu for this amazing class: Ricotta, Arugula Salad with a Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette and Zucchini and Squash Ribbons, An Amazing Salad I like to call my Super Quinoa Salad… again no words, Island Chopped Salad ¬†(Not pictured bc we devoured it before we remembered to take a picture… oops!) with so many good things… trust me on this one, Honey Whole Wheat Loaves and for the heavenly finish… my Butter Cake with a Strawberry Sauce!

 Is your mouth watering yet? Mine is! I will be teaching this class on Thursday, May, 1st, Wednesday, May 7th and if there is enough interest I will also teach this on Thursday, May 8th. All the classes will start at 5:30 pm.

My limit¬†for each class is 18 people. I first demonstrate how to make¬†all the dishes and then we feast! So come hungry! The cost of each class is $60.00¬†per person. Let me know if you are interested and I will contact you with more information about the class and tentatively¬†put your name on the reservation list.¬†When I receive your check, I will reserve your spot (31801 Via Perdiz, Coto de Caza, CA 92679, Checks made payable to Jenny Evans). Or feel free to call me (949-533-4038) to pay by credit card. My classes are filling up really¬†fast so please let me know if¬†you are interested before you send me a check to make sure there is an¬†open spot.¬†For cancellations, I¬†require a¬†“10 days before the class”¬†notice for a¬†refund.

 I have had a lot of requests for private classes. I have taught gatherings for birthdays, couples classes, or just someone that wanted to learn a past menu and got a group of friends together to learn. I love doing these party- like classes and talk about a good time! Please feel free to contact me anytime if you are interested in doing such a class. I require 16 people for a private class.
